With so many finishes to choose from a question we are often asked is whether it is better to go for a matte, satin or high gloss finish?
There is no right or wrong answer because it is largely down to your personal choice and style of your room. However the one caveat we make is that if you have children or pets who have a tendency to put their little grubby hands or paws everywhere, a gloss finish may be a better option for you.
Quite simply, it is easier to wipe grubby stains off a high gloss surface than a matte surface.
So you also need to consider where your fitted furniture will be located within your home and who might be regularly walking or brushing past.
